Prefer’ B “Base Mat” 

Prefer’ B “Base Mat” 
Prefer B Base Mat is a general-use polyurethane surface that consists of EPDM granules blended with polyurethane binders. The base mat is applied to the surface utilizing a mechanically operated screed machine that is heated and oscillating to obtain the smoothness and compaction desired by runners. Prefer’B “Base Mat” is a paved in place track that is spike resistant and black in color. This all weather, permeable surface is an outstanding track for your athletes.

Prefer’RC “Structural Spray”

Prefer’RC “Structural Spray”
Prefer’RC “Structural Spray” is a system that consists of two layers to create one of the best athletic surfaces available. First, a blend of EPDM rubber granules and a polyurethane binder is applied with a heated screed machine to the base mat. Second, two coats of pigmented polyurethane and color EPDM granules are applied using special airless spray equipment. This method produces a textured non-slip running surface that allows athletes to reach their maximum potential. Prefer’RC “Structural Spray” is a permeable all weather surface and is available in a variety of colors. 

Prefer’SS “Sealed Structural Spray”

Prefer’SS “Sealed Structural Spray”
Prefer’SS “Sealed Structural Spray” is an impermeable all weather surface that is spike resistant and comes in a variety of colors. This resilient system consists of a blend of SBR rubber granules and polyurethane binder base spread in a single layer application. The mat is then sealed with a combination of polyurethane and rubber dust. The top layer is a pigmented polyurethane and rubber structural spray coating resulting in a textured, high performance track.

Prefer’SW “Sandwich”
Prefer’SW “Sandwich” is a high performance base mat layered sandwich system. The foundation of this system is our Prefer’B “Base Mat” followed by an impermeable sealer and by a massive application of polyurethane coating with either embedded or encapsulated color EPDM granules. Before curing, colored EPDM granules are broadcast onto the surface resulting in a textured, all weather embedded rubber running track.

Prefer’D “Dual Layer” is an elite polyurethane surface compiled of two layers of colored polyurethane coating and either SBR or colored EPDM rubber granules. The top layer is a massive application of polyurethane coating with colored EPDM rubber granules embedded or encapsulated into the coating. Prefer’D “Dual Layer” comes in a variety of colors and is spike resistant.

Prefer’FP “Full Pour” is an impermeable high grade track made up of three layers of combined polyurethane surface and either SBR or colored EPDm rubber granules. The top layer is a massive application of polyurethane coating with colored EPDM rubber granules embedded or encapsulated into the coating. Prefer’FP “Full Pour is spike resistant and comes in a variety of colors.
